Tickling
In our house, we made a rule with the kids.
If they hold their arms straight above their head, the person that is tickling them HAS to stop tickling them.
This is great because it is a fun game.
The more important aspect is that the kids practice and gain the skill to overpower their instinctive urges with their minds and will power.
As they practice this skill, they realization that their actions have a meaningful affect on their situation. This helps them understand consequences as a real world phenomenon, not just as a theoretical construct.
Once consequences are understood by kids, they can impart authority over their own actions.
With authority and ownership over themselves, they can use their creativity to imagine realities that they would like to live within. Then acting to test and transferring their thoughts into new situations that change reality to better align with their wants and needs.
This game of tickling trains quantum mechanical wizard children.
