Adversity

At the most basic level, life is made up of survival, reproduction and progress.

• Survival is dealing with adversity in a zero-sum environment. (getting enough despite the fact that others want the same resources)

• Reproduction is social adversity (appearing more fit to reproduce with)

• Progress is adversity in a non-zero-sum environment. (creativity and successful risk in investment)

Life is adversity and competition.
