Purpose is the end goal and reason you do something.

• The purpose of employment, is to gain money.

• The purpose of school, is to get a degree.

• The purpose of life, is to reproduce.

Pleasure does not arise from the purpose. Pleasure arises from how you reach your purpose, and the passion you apply.
