Negotiation is discussion aimed at reaching an agreement.

Most arguments and disagreements are focused on the 5% that is disagreed about, and assumed differences of opinion.

What if we started disagreements by finding the 95% that we agree upon.

By finding the the true common ground, all of the falsely assumed limitations are illuminated as non-issues.

Find the spot where what you value and what the other value are not at odds.
