Agility (attack angle)
This angle of attack is footwork and staying balanced, so that you will not absorb damage, while being able to attack as soon as an opportunity shows itself.
This if very similar to what Bruce Lee says about water “…be formless, shapeless, like water… water can flow or creep or drip or crash, be water my friend”
While you are being attacked from one direction, pivot and flow. Open additional options for counter attack or the manipulation of their momentum. The perfect balance of pushing the pace and avoiding damage.
Example -
Nature - a monkey yanking on a tiger’s tail, then dancing away
BJJ - inverting
Military - Green Beret special forces
Skills - Balance, Alternatives, Tempo
Focus - Flanking and syncopation
