Minimal Effort- Effective and Efficient
Effective - limit their movement with minimum contact
If they cant move their hips and shoulders, it will be tough to move any other part of their body
Controlling joints and posture will make it so the only way they can move is the direction you allow them to.
Efficient - Don’t burn up your energy in opposition to their efforts.
Chill while they scramble, then progress when they are spent.
Flow - absorb and redirect their momentum.
Allow them to over extend - as they push, don’t push back but circle around.
Their one-dimensional attack can land them in your three-dimensional labyrinth of traps.
Disrespect their attacks - do not react to their effort to push the pace.
You should know how to defend early and effectively, don’t flinch on scare tactics.
They are breathing hard and sweating, and you slide to their back, calmly dominant. As if you have floated there.
