Recalibration

Recalibration is essential for high-performance equipment to maintain peak efficiency.

When one color is out of sync with the other colors in your home printer, the outcome of the copy looses all of its value. Despite the fact that the whole printer is working correctly, and 75% of the colors are calibrated perfectly.

Our most valuable piece of equipment is out body. We often forget to do the same maintenance and recalibration on this vital machine.

When was the last time you stretched, or balanced on one foot, or hung from monkey bars, or did a cartwheel, or listened to and considered information that is different than your beliefs. All of these acts will aid in recalibrating our bodies and minds.

Use it or you lose it.
