Purge (Progress Cycle 5)
Purge the things that are not moving your progress in the direction you want to go.
Too many tools can be as much of a hindrance as not enough, and too many concerns can leave you paralyzed. So set aside the stuff that is getting in your way, you can always pick it up again if you find you need it.
Simplicity will help with flexibility and mobility. allowing you to put your efforts where you want, and where they will have the greatest impact.
Once you have removed the excess, you can also remove the guilt of the choices you made in the past. learn from those choices and make different choices in the future.
Activity -
Flow vs. Frustration, this is a an exploration that helps you realize what activities give you energy (flow), and what activities take energy away from you (frustration). This is not saying that one is better than the other, or even that you shouldn’t do things that frustrate you. However, have awareness about the things that bring you energy, and a knowledge about the cost of doing things that frustrate you.
