Incentives

Incentives should be aligned with the direction you want your society to move.

There are consequences for every action and choice, but giving incentives and unfair advantages to a certain way of being will encourage more and brighter individuals to follow that path.

If you incentivize progress and marketing, like we have in the United States with capitalism, there are consequences such as creativity and media manipulation.

The problem is, if you incentivize victimhood, by giving uneven opportunity and advantage to those that do not take ownership over creating their own opportunities.

What will the consequences be?
