Necessary

The purpose of a thing dictates what jobs are necessary.

• In a school, the educator is necessary. The most important person is the TA that is teaching the class for the professor.

• In a rental property, the building is necessary, so the maintenance is the most important position.

• Within a business that makes things, the people making the thing are necessary, so take care of your engineers and line workers.

There are many automated processes and sub-contractors that can replace all the rest.

The only other one that can’t be replaced is the one that can see the purpose, the one that has the vision and can direct the necessary.
