Get in, or get out!

There are benefits to founding something. The work is rewarding and can fit the passions you love. You can create something that has never been, and you can make it however you want it to be.

There is a costs to meaningful and valuable work. The cost is that you are expected to fully engage, being dependable and organized. You are making money by completing what you have started, and making your efforts and products valuable enough to create demand.

You are however expected not to take vacations until the timing works with your commitments. You are definitely not being paid to just show up. Doing extra is not only expected, predicting problems and their solutions is a requirement. So give up on your dreams of cruising through your business or marriage.

If you cannot participate and engage, get out.
