Fast

If you are being a grump, and you are not sure if it is your attitude or your situation, I have a litmus test for you.

Fast for 48 hours.

It is hard and uncomfortable, and you will be hungry. But the thing that you are upset about will be the thing that is the real problem.

Are you still mad about the thing that got you triggered. This thing is then proven to be more frustrating than starvation.

If you get mad that you are hungry? You have just learned that the situation is not that the bad, maybe it is your attitude.

Once you know, eat some food and come up with a plan to direct your progress, hopefully making you less of a grump.

Another benefit, the fast breaking meal will taste glorious.
