Have as many coaches as possible.

Especially for your kids.

You will teach them the things you value, but you want them to learn more than what you know. Let people you value teach them opposing perspectives and values. The opposing lessons are the best sources of knowledge and insight to compare with your biases.

You may disagree with the lesson, but if you value that person, the perspective is worth engaging with.
